Patera Temperance Lounge

I met my 2 besties + the kiddos at Patera Lounge last Sunday morning, here’s how it went: Plenty of off street parking that was very close to the lounge. Girls selling Girl Scout cookies nearby (my friend snagged some for $5). There’s a ton of benches outside the lounge entrance. If you are planning on having a chatty meet up this is a great place to hangout while waiting for your coffee/tea/kava or breakfast! If you go inside, it’s absolutely beautiful. SO much life, color and vibrance. There was a live musician playing soft acoustic music. She had an incredible voice. The inside is a great place to relax and have a moment of tranquility. The tables could not accommodate two laptops so don’t plan on working together unless you take turns at one table. We almost brought our laptops to work but decided to have the full experience instead. I ordered a Lavender Cortado Friend 1 ordered a cranberry orange cheesecake and a lattè Friend 2 ordered a cranberry orange muffin and a Thai Kava, I believe. We all agreed what we ordered was spectacular!

90s hippie coffee shop vibes- Like a miniature Central Perk from Friends. Super welcoming and relaxed with friendly staff, elevated beverages and delicious brunch offerings. All vegan! We had the Southwest Waffle Casserole with jalapeno cornbread waffle, tofu scramble, black beans and cilantro cream sauce.

Great chill spot! Really great teas and drinks! Homemade goodies in the case! I love the herbal witchy decor. The staff is awesome!

TRULY MAGICAL!!!! This business has truly captivated their travel vendor booth of wonderful nourishing mocktails into a BEAUTIFUL LOCATION! This is the new spot of Spokane! If you are looking for a place that DOES NOT SERVE ALCOHOL and is a place of healing, rejuvenating mocktails that are all natural and actually taste delicious! They aren’t just fancy drinks with an “over price” they are made seriously with high end ingredients! They make everything in house from their vegan snacks to tarts! They have sweet and savory options for everyone! Their Kava menu was incredible! I had never tried it before and they taught us all about the history and origins and the benefits! If you are looking for a new meeting spot that’s not just a usual coffee house (they even have coffee too!) Highly recommend their kava shots, and their EARTH’S BOUNTY BOARD! It was delicious balance with sweet and savory and in house vegan dips that were tasty and delicious! This place is my new favorite spot! Pa they even host events!!!! Everywhere you look is beautiful! Feels like you’re stepping into somewhere that feels like a homey space but also high end and chic!

We have been here few times and it truly is a great place. From music, to food, to Atmosphere I truly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have best mock-tails/cafe drinks in town and try The owners amazing vegan food. We went for a Valentine’s Day dinner and they were very nice to work with our dietary restrictions. 1,000% recommend.

What an unexpected and delightful experience I had yesterday! While helping out at a winter market, I discovered a brand-new vegan eatery I hadn’t known about. I volunteered for about six hours with a local roller derby club and was thrilled to find that I could enjoy every single treat in their display case. The best part? My non-vegan friends, who were also volunteering, absolutely loved everything they tried. They couldn’t stop raving about the food and even asked me questions about how the cheesecakes were made! Ironically I was the last one to try anything because I'm so used to not ever being able to eat when I'm out :-) The treats were incredible, the food was delicious, and the ambiance of the place was truly unique and memorable. If you’re looking for something a little off the beaten path, I highly recommend visiting the Patera Temperance Lounge. It’s well worth the trip!

The blueberry pancakes with lemon butter are the best pancakes I have had in my entire life. Highly recommend. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere, delicious drinks ( had the Calm and Confident tea), and as someone who is lactose intolerant, I’m so excited that I can eat anything here without worrying!

This place offers a nice, cozy environment to enjoy a light breakfast or lunch. I had their brunch waffle casserole which was pretty good and spicy! Just how I like it. The food isn't super decadent but rather simple and to-the-point. I also had their calm and confident tea which was very nice. The food won't knock your socks off, but it's a nice atmosphere to hang out and take a break in.
